I don't know about you, but I'm ready for spring! With us catching every snowstorm predicted and the bitter cold of the past few months, we're ready for warm weather and getting outside without bundling up. I'm almost tempted to go down to the bee ranch in Texas, but my body doesn't like to travel the way it used to. That being said, I'm mind traveling to a special night and thought you might want to come along. Enjoy!
Natural Pond Radio Presents:
Natural Ponds Radio and Texas by the Bush are proud to bring you the Nature Concert Series, live from the Bee Skep Opera House in Gus, Texas. This evening’s performance features the Frog Pond Chorus and Orchestra, conducted by the world renowned and double-crested Cormorant Crane. It is truly amazing what music can be offered by the unlikely pairing of these musicians and this particular conductor.
Tonight’s performance will include Nocturnal Serenade by Johannes Pfrog, featuring the Cricket Boys Choir, and Oh, Night-My Delight by Lord Theodore Whip-poor-will, and sung by the lovely Lady Owlette. As always with the Nature Concert Series, be ready for unexpected guests to grace the stage. There is some talk of Sir Arma Dillo being present for this evening’s concert, which would be a rare treat, indeed.
Special lighting for this concert is provided by Quarter Moon Lighting Company with special effects by Firefly By Night.
Let’s hurry, now, and take our seats as the orchestra warms up and the house light goes down on the horizon. We hope you enjoy this evening’s concert.
Happy Father’s Day, Dad!
